I had the opportunity to play my first show in tropical New Caledonia.
These islands are absolutely beautiful and thanks to the French/Asian heritage, the cuisine was amazing. The show was hosted on a pier in Lemon Bay and the crowd rushed in faster than the tide. In my down time I made a new friend on the beach. We gave him a snapback and he flipped…literally. A beautiful place with beautiful people.

Melbournia hits top spot on the ARIA Club Chart making it the third Timmy Trumpet single in a row to take out the number one place. The long awaiting follow up to ‘Sassafras’ is a collaborative effort between Timmy and Melbourne DJ Chardy who have become great friends over the past couple of years.
The Will Sparks remix of Snapback has proven to be a weapon of mass destruction; already clocking over 500,000 plays on SoundCloud. The track has been a huge success both domestically and overseas, peaking at #1 on the ARIA Club Chart and also climbing inside the top ten on iTunes (Dance).
Ministry of Sound has announced the signing of Australia’s biggest DJ and instrumentalist, Timmy Trumpet, to the label – the same week Timmy has hit number one on the ARIA club chart with his latest single ‘Snapback’. A packed house turned out at Culture Kings in Sydney today where International superstar Steve Aoki joined Timmy Trumpet on quite an interesting venture. The boys share a common love for their headphone partner Sol Repulic and with a little push from the media, they were able to talk Timmy into letting Steve cut his hair!
